1. Overview
Welcome to Taylor White Counseling, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and payment systems, including any recurring billing arrangements processed through Stripe. By visiting or using this site and any services linked to it, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Nature of Services
Taylor White Counseling, LLC provides professional mental health counseling services by a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in the State of Maryland.
All services are provided according to state laws, professional ethical standards, and the American Counseling Association Code of Ethics.
Use of this website does not create a therapist–client relationship. A therapeutic relationship is established only after intake paperwork is completed and a session has been confirmed.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing through Stripe
All online payments and stored payment information are securely processed through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant payment processor.

3.2 Payment Information on File
​
By providing your payment information, you authorize Taylor White Counseling, LLC to store your payment method within Stripe’s secure system for future or recurring payments related to ongoing services, session fees, or other agreed-upon charges.
We do not store or have access to your full credit card information directly. Stripe tokenizes and encrypts payment data.

3.3 Recurring or Regular Payments
Taylor White Counseling, LLC charges $250 per hour for individual therapy, $400 per hour for couple and family therapy, $120 per hour per individual in group therapy, and organizational work per estimate starting at $25,000 per project. All charges are subject to a 2.9% processing fee plus $.30 per charge.
The above fees may change at anytime.
Recurring or Regular Payments For clients participating in ongoing sessions (e.g., weekly, biweekly, or monthly), Taylor White Counseling, LLC may charge your stored payment method on a recurring basis for regularly scheduled sessions or subscription-type arrangements.
Charges will continue until you request cancellation in writing (see Section 3.5).​

3.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Session Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 7 days’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

Refunds: Refunds are not issued for completed services or late cancellations, except in cases of billing error.

Subscription/Recurring Billing: The proceeding month will be billed to your credit card on file on the first of the month.

3.5 Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us at the link above.
Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the charge. We will review and correct verified errors promptly.

4. Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance
All client information is treated as confidential and handled in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable Maryland state privacy laws.
